These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CourtCoach mobile application and related services. By using CourtCoach, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use CourtCoach only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your use of the service and any content you submit.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
• You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform through which you purchased the subscription, subject to that platform's terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of CourtCoach.
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the service except as permitted by law.
• Upload or submit content that infringes rights or violates applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

CourtCoach and its related content, branding, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to CourtCoach and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant CourtCoach a limited license to host, process, display, and use that content as necessary to provide and improve the service.

7. No Professional Advice

CourtCoach provides informational and training support only. It does not provide medical, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own training decisions and physical condition.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to CourtCoach if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or if continued access is not commercially or legally feasible.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CourtCoach is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtCoach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CourtCoach after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
